Doors Reminder to Students and

Parents/Guardians:

When your child is dropped off for school,

they are to use their designated area doors.

Unless your child is late for school, which

would be after the 8:55 bell, then they must

come in through the front doors to pick up a

late slip from the office.

When your child is not coming to school please phone the school at 306-763-7494 and let us know. You can give us dates in the future as well if you have appointments booked. Our school needs to know where each child is whether it be at school or home. On our computer system, the office has to enter a reason why a child is away. Our school messenger program will be phoning you if your child is absent without notice of why. Also, if you have new contact information please phone the office to update.

Library News

Thank you very much to all that came out and supported Vincent Massey fall book fair.

We sold $2352.60 worth of books, posters, pencils, erasers and bookmarks.

Vincent Massey Library will receive $1105.72 in books and other resources. Congratulations to Kendrick in 3P. He was the winner of the Family Event Draw. Kendrick &

Mr. Parenteau both received $25.00 in books courtesy of Scholastic. The following students won a book of their choosing from a special box left by the book fairy.

Ahmad (Kind), Celine (Kind), Zainen (Pre-K), Connor (1C), Ryder M (4G), Meyer (5G), Holden

(4S), Eva B (6H), Saveah (6H), Dale (8Ball), Rianna (8Dams) Also during book fair, the library sold tickets on a tote. The Wimpy Kid tote bag (made by Miss

Bantle) was filled with books, pencils etc. All parents that shopped with their children at the book fair, were also entered for parent tote. The draw for these will be made on the last day of the book fair.

We also had two jars filled with Fairy Treats and Unicorn food – guesses were made on the

amount of treats and food in the jars. Congratulations to all winners!!
