Upon the emergence of AIDS in the

90s several doctors together with some

volunteers realize the need for an

organization that would educate, give freeclinical consultations and screening tests,

and counselling to those at risk and those

who already have the disease. Thus, on the

year 1991, Remedios AIDS Foundation, Inc

was born. And the best place to have its

headquarters? Of course, no other than the

Red District of Manila, the Malate area.

The RAF MISSION

Remedios AIDS Foundation (RAF) shall

provide gender and rights based HIV and AIDS

SRH services and information to the youth women

and men specifically MARP through preventive

and promotive strategies, capacity building,

advocacy and networking care and support,

Association are always undertaken.
