History:
Search of Written and Computer Records Show
Original Beach House started 2/13/1953 and Continued With Additions into 12/1/1958.
Effective Living area of 950 sf with Porch @ 124 sf,
Entry Porch @ 25 sf and Basement @ 240 sf.
A 1995 Permit for Repairs and Change Of Roof, was never completed.
Work Description:
1) Finishing Work On 11/15/1995 Permit # 951752
And New Permit For Older and Newer
As-Built That Re-built To Shore Up and Stabilize House Which Consisted Of:
a) Lower Floor: Under floor Dry rot Repairs, Replacement Beams, Joists, and Pier Pads.
Daylight Basement Footings For Block and Wood Pony Wall,
Replacement Posts, Floor Beam & Joists and Replacement Concrete Slab.
b) Main Floor: Existing, No Change.
2) Proposed New;
a) Lower Floor: Bedroom in enclosed existing basement area,
finished storage room, and finished half bathroom with laundry.
Balance of basement as a lower covered lanai.
b) Main Floor: Alteration of Closets to Bathrooms And
Enclosure of covered porch to create a livable dinning room.
Note All As-Built and New Proposed Work Done Within Original Footprint Of House.
