Conclusion– With the use of Microsoft Project and EPM, we

have demonstrated how to model the ‘Release Planning Process’. 

– We highlighted a standardized reusable template, a clear concise way of defining deliverables and external dependencies as well as how to avoid conflicts with resource allocation on multiple plans.
