New Features

1. (47911) Other provider names are not available from the Web Editor unless access to this information is explicitly given in Security > Task List > Workflow Information > Other Services > Providers. This includes:

The document details, document modified by, translation unit modified by.

The segment history.

The Track Changes filter.

The message appearing when disconnecting another user. 2. (48763) The MultiTrans analysis report can be retrieved in XML format from the workflow, in

addition to the existing HTML format. 3. (8178) A single workflow service can be assigned to multiple providers. 4. (46943) Custom field labels can be localized into the display language in custom Project

Creation Forms. 5. Two-factor authentication settings are available for use in MultiTrans and can be activated

once the MultiTrans Mobile app is available in the Apple AppStore and on Google Play.

Program Updates

1. A number of localization issues have been resolved. 2. (49670) An installation issue has been resolved, allowing TextBases to be built from the

MultiTrans desktop client. 3. (48256) Tab characters in Word documents are not extracted to TextBases. 4. (48866) The option to Skip segments with numbers and symbols only works with Excel

documents. 5. (48849) Word documents are segmented correctly when the option to Break translation

units on all soft returns is selected. 6. (48906) The content of alt tags is extracted from HTML files for translation. 7. (50528) Segments split manually in the Web Editor are previewed and exported correctly. 8. (50569) Segments split manually in the Web Editor can be re-merged without error

messages. 9. (49802) Each tag can be inserted only once in the corresponding target segment in the Web

Editor. 10. (49804) Files cannot be saved and exported from XLIFF if the tags are incorrectly ordered (an

error message appears). 11. (47685) Opening and closing tags match when extracting Word documents to XLIFF. 12. (48929, 49830) Nested <w:pPr…> tags in Word documents are handled correctly allowing a

proper preview and target document export. 13. (47545) Word documents with embedded charts can be extracted from XLIFF following

translation. 14. (49795) Empty table cells in Word documents will not add empty source cells to the XLIFF

Editor or Web Editor when Skip Hidden Text is selected. 15. (47959) The Project Manager Portal dashboard loads more quickly. 16. (49834) The date selectors in the Project Manager Portal advanced search work in Internet

Explorer.

17. (46870) It is possible to close pop-up windows from the Project Manager Portal advanced search.

project, prevention duplicate submission of new projects. 29. (49667) Terminology can be imported from XML format through the TermBase Web. 30. (5888) The TermBase Web XML round-trip (export/import) works with custom language

codes. 31. (4734) Trados Studio analysis reports containing fuzzy matches can be imported into

MultiTrans Flow. 32. (48702) The last accessed date and time as well as the advanced search in the Project

Manager Portal return the correct results regardless of the date format selected in the user profile.

33. (48121) Scheduled CSV exports are placed correctly in the user-specified server location. 34. (49829) The operations log can be viewed from the MultiTrans desktop client following a

TextBase build or append. 35. (47505) Microsoft Word opens without error messages when the MultiTrans add-in

template is installed. 36. (49593) The session is closed properly after retrieving a Trados Studio package from or

returning a Trados Studio package to MultiTrans.

Installation Note

The MultiTrans desktop client and server must be re-installed; this update cannot be patched. MultiTrans Flow can be patched.
