You are able to find corporate fares by using corporate names, making the identification of

Send Hotel Photos & details by e-mail

You can select which pictures and information to be sent to the customer, while also being

able to add comments , CC and BCC email accounts.


Car Plus Enhancements

Consideration of Mask rates

Mask rates are negotiated rates between Travel Agencies and Car providers and don't pro-

vide a total price depending on the car provider.

Mask rates are now considered in Car Plus, in Availability display, comparison, condition and

confirmation emails.

Mask rates can be triggered by:

Discount Number (CD) or A Rate Code (RC)

Profile Plus

7.2 brings a brand new user interface for Profiles following an intuitive workflow.

Profiles Plus is designed to :

Bring “all at a glance” and a clear classification for the travel agent

Four profile types available (Traveller,Company,Agency and Group)

Traveller and Company profiles: Classic categories that identify a unique traveller and a

unique company

Agency profile: Dedicated to the travel agency itself

Group profile NEW: Similar to a folder to which several Traveller profiles can be associated.

This is very handy to identify a family and any other group of travellers.

Profiles Plus makes booking faster, more accurate and easy thanks to customer data transfer

to PNR

Profiles Plus Main page

1. Search for existing profiles (Traveller, Company, Group or Agency)

2. Search Criteria (at least one criteria should be entered)

3. Search results (sortable by Record locator, last name, first name, address,

date of birth and company name *in case traveller is associated to company).

Note: These sortable tab names will change according to the type of profile.


4. Select the profile and choose “transfer” to PNR, deactivate or Open profile

5. When you select a specific profile, its quick details and current trips associated to this pro-

file.

6. Create a new profile (Traveller, Company, Group or Agency)

Creating and keeping Group profiles is now possible in Profile Plus Group profiles can be very useful for

Every Group profile can have a Main Contact, and Group Members can be manually associated or au-

tomatically associated to the group profile by searching for existing profiles using:
