REGISTRATION NOTICE

Subject: Registration forms for Even Semester Jan 2016

It is notified for the information of existing students that all regular classes for Even Semester will

start from 07/01/2016. Only the eligible students are advised to register their name in even

semester from 01stto 7thJan 2016.

Registration form is available on the Institute website www.manit.ac.inAdmission section

All Ph.D and IInd & IVth Semester UG & PG students are advised to fill the Registrat ion form

after payment of required fees and take the printout of the online receipt and produce whenever it

is required, they are not required to submit it to admission section.

However, U.G Students registering for semester VIth, VIIIth & Xth are advised to fill the

Registrat ion formand take the printout after filling the details and submit it to Admission section

latest by 07th Jan 2016 along with the receipt of semester fee through SBI Collect (SBI) and

photocopies of semester mark sheet (Ist & IInd for VIth semester students Ist to IVth for VIIIth

semester students and Ist to VIth for Xth semester students).

All the details of fees applicable are available on the Institute website.

Important Instructions:

Admission will be cancelled without any prior notice/intimation if,

i) The student is having less than 75% of attendance.

ii) The student is absent continuously for five days without the intimation to concerned

faculty and without approval of HOD concerned.

i i i) The stud ents has to clear 1styear (Sem I & II )before registerin g to VIth Sem and

ndyear (Sem I to IV) before regist ering to VIIIth Sem and 1

st, 2

rdyear

(Sem I to VI) before regis tering to Xth Sem.

NRI Students may deposit the fee at Institute counter No. 3 by Demand Draft in favour of MANIT

Bhopal payable at Bhopal.

The registration form must be submitted on or before 7thJan 2016and with late fee of Rs. 200/-

till 14thJan 2016. Thereafter no registration will be allowed.
