Regulatory changes

Problem: Members losing insurance cover due to regulatory changesSolution: Our Underwriting Rules Engine (URE) helps to make the opt-in process more simple for funds, and customers can be underwritten in minutes rather than weeks. The URE also provides better risk controls for insurers.

Member engagement

Problem: Not having a deep understanding of your membership baseSolution: We use machine learning algorithms to ‘cluster’ members into various groups based on their behaviour or their characteristics, to tailor marketing activities, product design and member experience development.

Problem: Ineffective member campaignsSolution: We evaluate at a granular level how effective your marketing campaigns are and highlight areas for improvement. We predict which individual members are more or less likely to respond or not respond to communications or offers.

Early intervention

Problem: Identifying which members are more likely to lapse or claim Solution: We use historical data and machine learning to flag members who may be more likely to lapse or claim. By anticipating lapses or claims we can improve early claim intervention and retention of members. We can also recommend what actions can be taken to get a better outcome for the fund and its members.

Claims experience

Problem: The current claims experience is laborious and lacks transparencySolution: Our Claims Rules Engine (CRE) provides claims assessment decisions, as well as referrals and recommendations, delivering fast and consistent outcomes for members.
