CALL TO ORDER Statement is hereby made that adequate notice of this meeting has been properly provided by the

giving of a meeting notice, by mailing same to the Hub and Asbury Park Press on Friday, May

11, 2012, filing same on Friday, May 11, 2012, with the clerk of the Borough of Tinton Falls,

Borough of Eatontown and the Township of Shrewsbury, and by prominently posting said notice

on the Monmouth Regional High School Internet Web page and the main doors into the High

School building in the Administration wing on Friday, May 11, 2012.

II. SUPERINTENDENT’S REPORT

1. CST Consultant Report: Dr. Ford reported that Mr. Bramley was present to deliver his

report, per the RFP on the CST program. Mr. Bramley answered questions from the

board members.

2. EVVRS Report: Dr. Ford stated Mr. Larkin will give this presentation at the August 7th

meeting.

3. Graduation 2012- Dr. Ford discussed graduation and project graduation with the board

members.

4. Board Member Elections November 2012: Mrs. Parry updated the board members on

the Board Member Elections for November 6, 2012.

III. STUDENT COUNCIL REPORTS-none until September 2012

On a recommendation of the Superintendent, motion was made by Mr. Seavey, seconded by Ms.

Linder and carried THAT: the Board approves the following:

FINANCIAL:

A) Schedule of Bills

the Pre Check Register dated June 19, 2012 in the amount of $386,158.47 be accepted and

filed for audit.

the Current Payment Register for the Month of May 2012 in the amount of $2,323,996.46 be

accepted and filed for audit.

B) Board Secretary's Report -

The Board Secretary's Report for the month of May 2012 in the amount of $4,587,887.30 and

in agreement with the Treasurer of School Moneys Report be accepted, filed for audit and

attached to and made part of the official minutes of this meeting.

C. Treasurer Report

the Treasurer of School Moneys Report for the month of May 2012 in the amount of

$$4,587,887.30 and in agreement with the Board Secretary's financial report be accepted,

filed for audit and attached to and made part of the official minutes of this meeting.

D) District Taxes

the amount of district taxes, inclusive of debt service requirements needed to meet the

obligations of this Board for the next eight weeks in the amount of $ 3,476,453.33 and that

the Borough Councils of Tinton Falls, Eatontown and Shrewsbury Township are hereby

requested to place in the hands of the Treasurer of School Moneys the amounts as per the

listing in the May 15, 2012 minutes.

best of our knowledge no major account or fund has been overexpended in violation of N.J.A.C.

6A:23-2.11 and that sufficient funds should be available to meet the district's financial

obligations for the remainder of the fiscal year.

RESOLUTION TO ENTER PRIVATE SESSION

WHEREAS, the Sen. Byron M. Baer Open Public meetings Act, N.J.S.A. 10:4-6 et seq., (the

“Act”) provides that the Monmouth Regional High School Board of Education may hold an

“Executive Session” from which the public is excluded to discuss matters that are confidential or

are one of the nine (9) subject matters listed Section 12(b) of the Act; and

WHEREAS, it is recommended by the Superintendent and Business Administrator that the

Monmouth Regional High School Board of Education go into Executive Session on June 19,

2012 at 8:04 PM to discuss matters that are permissible for discussion in Executive Session; and

WHEREAS, the length of the Executive Session is estimated to be 15 minutes after which the

public meeting of the Board shall reconvene and proceed with business; and

WHEREAS, that the Board hereby declares that its discussion of the following subject(s) will be

made public at a time when the public’s interest in disclosure is greater than any privacy or

governmental interest being protected from disclosure.

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Monmouth Regional High School Board of

Education that the Board shall go into Executive Session to discuss the following items:

2. Personnel Matters
