Call to Order The meeting was called to order by Mayor Knoll at
7:00 p.m.
Agenda212.2009 Greve: That the agenda for the June 15, 2009
meeting be accepted as amended.
CARRIED.
Minutes213.2009 Corbett: That the minutes of the June 1, 2009
regular meeting be adopted.
CARRIED.
Clothes Basket Request
214.2009 Greve: That the Clothes Basket be notified that the
Town is willing to cut asection of sidewalk in front of their store
at 2007 6th Street to allow for a drainage gutter,at their cost;
however, the Town is not prepared to pour a new sidewalk where
the
approach once was, as the cement is still in good
condition.CARRIED.
Genesis Estates Request215.2009 Greve: That the Town crew remove
the sidewalk on 5th Street from 5th Avenue tothe Genesis Estates
driveway.
CARRIED.
May Payroll216.2009 Hinz: That the payroll for May in the amount
of $33,857.23 be accepted.

Janzen: That Council accept the May bank reconciliation and
financial statement
as presented.CARRIED.
June List of Accounts218.2009 Helmuth: That Council approve the
June list of accounts, cheque numbers 9214
to 9304 in the amount of $185,143.55.CARRIED.
Administration Reports219.2009 Hinz: That the following
administration reports be accepted as presented:
a) Town Administrators Reportb) Outside Superintendents

c) Flaman Investigation & Security AgencyCARRIED.
Transit Bus Repairs220.2009 Helmuth: That Council approve the
transit bus repairs of approximately $4,400,
which will include the following: Rear springs, rear shocks,
front routers, frontand rear brakes, spark plugs, body
work.CARRIED.
Transit Bus Rates221.2009 Corbett: That the transit bus rates be
set as follows, effective July 1, 2009:
One way $410 tickets $32Monthly pass $60In-town participants
attending Valley Action $120
