Payment—Payment can be by purchase order, check, or credit card and should be made payable to National Dropout Prevention Center. Payment must be received prior to the start of the Forum and mailed to NDPC, 2016 National Forum on Dropout Prevention: Serving Native Students and Tribal Communities, Clemson University, 209 Martin Street, Clemson, SC 29631-1555.

Cancellations/Refunds—Cancellations must be in writing and received by February 12, 2016, in order to receive a refund, less a $ 45.00 administra-tive fee. No refunds will be made after February 12, 2016, or for no-shows.

Hotel—The Forum will be held at the Renaissance Oklahoma City Convention Center Hotel, 10 N. Broadway Avenue, Oklahoma City, OK, 73102, 405-228-8000. Rate is $154.00/ single/double per night (plus applicable taxes) Thursday, March 3, 2016, through Wednesday, March 9, 2016.

To receive special rates, the Forum must be mentioned. Reservations must be made by February 3, 2016. Accommodations will not be confirmed without a check or use of a credit card for the first night’s deposit to guar-antee your reservation. Individual cancellations must be received no later than two days prior to scheduled arrival. Cancellations received within one day prior to scheduled arrival will be billed one night’s room. Check-in time is 4:00 p.m.; check-out time is 11:00 a.m.

The 2016 National Forum on Dropout Prevention: Serving Native Students and Tribal Communities is inviting skilled presenters who have excellent ideas, proven programs, and research to share in the areas of (1) addressing the opportunity gap, (2) instructional strategies to increase learning, (3) behavioral supports, (4) family and community engagement, (5) school climate: safety and student wellness, (6) service-learning and restorative justice, (7) digital communication and engagement, (8) reengagement and recovery strategies, and (9) culture and language.

Submission deadline is December 31, 2015. It is the policy of NDPC/N that all presenters be registered for the Forum (note discounted presenter registration fee).
