Objectives
To highlight the implications on tax obligations of employers in the Budget 2010 and Budget 2011;
To share real tax cases on employment income experienced by employers;
To educate employers on how to treat tax of various types of employment income
under the Monthly Tax Deduction (MTD)
To highlight the employers’ responsibilities on Withholding Tax;
To guide employers on the planning and strategise taxation effectively;
To provide a platform for close cooperation and network between participants and Inland Revenue Board, Malaysia (LHDNM)
Who Should Attend Employers, Business Owners, Human Resource practitioners, Administrators, Finance personnel and those involved in payroll administration, Tax Agents, Auditors and any
other person who wish to be updated with the latest tax developments.
Rates MEF Member : RM380 Non Member : RM480 (Discount of 10% will be given for 3 or more participation from the same company/organization)
* Certificates of attendance will be awarded to all participants.
CPD Points 10 Continuing Professional Development (CPD) points will be awarded for participation in this seminar.
Payment All confirmed participants to make full payment before the event. Cheque or bank draft to be made in favour of MALAYSIAN EMPLOYERS FEDERATION Cancellations An administrative fee of RM150 will be charged for cancellations received 3 days before the event. No refund will be made for cancellations within 3 days of the event.
