    Feature Teacher Notice In an effort to allow as many students as possible to experience a class with our Feature Teacher, Audrey Armstrong, we will assign each student only one class with her.

    Cancellation Policy Registrants who cancel their registration will receive a full refund minus a $35 administration fee, basket raffle ticket purchases and membership fee, provided that the registrar receives notification by telephone by January 3, 2020, followed up in writing. From January 4, 2020, on: For cancellations, 1) the same fees will be retained as above, 2) the original materials fee for each class will be retained by the teacher, and 3) if the class size drops below the mini-mum of 6 students, the original class fee will not be refunded. To change a class, conditions 2 and 3 apply, plus the student will pay the new class fee and materials fee. No refunds without notification by telephone (see page 1 for registrar’s number), followed by writing.
