JERUSALEMToday we visit the Wailing Wall, Davidson Center, the City of David, the Burnt House and Herodian Villa. Enjoy free time in the Old City before returning to your hotel for dinner and overnight. (B, D) JERUSALEM/TEL AVIV AIRPORTDrive by the Knesset (Israeli parliament) and the campus of the Hebrew
University to visit the Israel Museum which contains a detailed model of Jerusalem from the time of the Second Temple and the Shrine of the Book which houses the Dead Sea Scrolls. Remainder of the day
will be used to visit sights that may have been missed earlier in the program. Later this evening transfer to the airport for our departure flight. (B)

Day 1 - Istanbul Arrival - Afternoon TourMid-morning arrival at Istanbul. Meet & Greet; Visit Hippodrome Square & Underground Basilica cistern; Afternoon at the Grand Covered Bazaar. Hotel.Dinner & overnight in Istanbul.
Day 2 - Istanbul - Troy - CanakkaleDrive to Gallipoli, through the European lands of Turkey. Cross the Dardanelles Strait by ferryboat. Visit ancient TROY see its legendary walls and the replica of the wooden horse. Dinner and overnight at hotel in Canakkale.
Day 3 - Pergamon - IzmirDrive to Pergamon, one of the seven churches of Asia Minor, actually called Bergama. Visit the ACROPOLIS, the steepest theater of the ancient world, the Temple of Trojan, the Library. Then
drive to the sanctuary of Asclepeion, the ancient healing centre. We will also see the RED BASILICA before departing for Izmir. Dinner and overnight at hotel in Izmir.
Day 4 - Ephesus - IzmirMorning visit to EPHESUS, cradle of early Christianity (Rev:2-1-7). Visit the HOUSE OF THE VIRGIN MARY, the ancient Ephesus and the TEMPLE OF DIANA, which is one of the Seven Wonders of the Ancient World. After the tour drive to Izmir airport for evening flight to Istanbul to catch overnight flight back home.

Then we will visit Kaztrin, the ruins of an ancient Jewish village, which will offer insight into Jewish life in Jesus’ day and the background for many of Jesus’ parables. Driving through the Golan Heights, we travel north to the ancient city of Dan. A beautiful nature preserve provides a refreshing backdrop as we visit the northernmost city of ancient Israel, and see the spot where wicked King Jeroboam set up a golden calf. After a short ride we will come to the New Testament city of Caesarea Philippi at the foot of Mount Hermon, where Peter made his great confession, “Thou art the Christ, the Son of the living God.” Then we will return to our hotel for our overnight in Galilee. (B,D) TIBERIAS/BEIT SHEAN/GIDEON SPRINGS/JERICHO/EIN GEDI/ DEAD SEA
Depart to Jordan Valley to Beit Shean to explore the excavations of the ancient Roman city. Continue to the traditional site of Gideon’s Spring, an oasis highlighted by scores of palm trees and natural
hot springs. Continue south to Jericho and view the Mt. of Temptation, Elisha’s spring and the Tel of Jericho. Next we visit Ein Gedi, then end the day at our hotel overlooking the Dead Sea for dinner and overnight. (B, D) DEAD SEA/MASADA/QUMRAN/BETHLEHEM/JERUSALEMThis morning we relax and have the option of going for a float in the Dead Sea. We will depart from our hotel late morning and drive along the shores of the Dead Sea to Masada. Ascend by cable car to visit the ruins and excavations of the hilltop excavations. Depart to Qumran to see the caves where the Dead Sea Scrolls were discovered and on to Bethlehem. Visit the Shepherd’s Fields, Manger Square and the Church of the Nativity. End the day at your hotel in Jerusalem for dinner and overnight. (B, D) OLD CITY OF JERUSALEM
Today’s tour includes visits to the Temple Mount, the Church of St. Anne, the Pool of Bethesda, Pilate’s Judgement Hall, the Chapel of Flagellation, Via Dolorosa, Church of the Holy Sepulchre, the Garden of Gethsemane,
Caiphas’ House, the Upper Room and the Garden Tomb. Return to your hotel for dinner and overnight. (B, D)

TEL AVIV/MEDITERRANEAN COASTUpon arrival into Tel Aviv you will be met by your guide and driver and transferred to your hotel on the shores of the Mediterranean Sea for dinner and overnight, but not before a visit to Jaffa. (D)
CAESAREA/MEGIDDO/MT.CARMEL/NAZARETH/GALILEEDepart via the Mediterranean coast to Caesarea which was built by Herod the Great and tour the theater, aqueduct and Crusader fortress. Proceed to Megiddo in the Valley of Armageddon, focal point of the Book of Revelations. After visiting these ancient ruins we depart to Muhraka {Mt Carmel}, the traditional site where Elijah fought the false prophets of Baal. In the afternoon visit Nazareth, Mary’s Well {The traditional site of the Annunciation}. End the day at your hotel in Galilee for dinner and overnight. (B, D) MT. ARBEL/MT. BEATITUDES/TABGHA/BOAT RIDE/CAPERNAUM/CHORAZIN/BETHSAIDA
Following in the footsteps of Jesus and the disciples, we begin by climbing Mt. Arbel, where we will walk to the summit for a breathtaking panorama of the Sea of Galilee. Afterward we visit the Mt. of Beatitudes where Jesus delivered his Sermon on the Mount. Then it is
on to Tabgha the traditional location for several episodes in Jesus’ ministry along the Sea of Galilee. Enjoy a boat ride on the Sea of Galilee, then we visit Capernaum, the city of Jesus, and walk the streets that witnessed so many of his miracles. Continue to the ruins of Chorazin, a city condemned by Jesus for its lack of faith. Crossing the Jordan River to the other side, we will stop at Bethsaida, the site of a small fishing village where Jesus called several of his disciples. We will again enjoy our hotel accommodations on the Sea of Galilee. (B,D) GAMLA/KATZRIN/TEL DAN/CAESAREA PHILIPPIToday we begin in Gamla sometimes known as the “Masada of the North,” Gamla is most famous for its strong defense against the Romans in the Jewish Revolt in 66 A.D. The site is bordered on all sides by deep wadis of the Golan Heights
