Sub: Payment of Online Registration fees for Ist, IInd, IIIrd and IVth BE Regular AB Group/ BA
Group/Regular Repeater students for the semester December-2015 to April-2016 of the
session 2015-16 .
( BA Group Registration will be done after Result of Nov.’2015 exam is declared )
1. The Online registration and payment of Tuition, Exam and other Miscellaneous fees by the students for the Semester
December-2015 to April-2016, Online Registration will commence from 20-11-2015..
2. All AB Group/BA Group /RR students are required to fill up Online registration form and pay the fees accordingly
through Net Banking OR Through Debit/Credit Cards & Online banking.
3. Before taking Online registration, they should also make sure that they have returned all library books and have cleared
library dues, hostel and other dues, failing which they will not be able to register themselves.
4. No student will be allowed to attend the classes unless he/she has paid the tuition fee and other fees including Exam. fee
and Hostel rent (if hosteller).
5. Online registration (http://www.sgsitsindore.in > Student Login > Student Services > Semester Renewal
Registration) will be visible to students only when (A) No dues is forwarded by Library & (B) Form is forwarded
by Registrar Office / Accounts Section. ( both A & B will be done online)
6. SC/ST/OBC Students should carefully be followed the instruction strictly.
6.1 For SC Category Student:- All SC category students are required to pay full semester fees online.
(A) Those SC Category students whose annual family income is not more than Rs. 2,00,000/- per annum are eligible
for PMS. They have to pay Online semester registration fees as per fee structure (refer para 7). However their PMS
Application will be forwarded by institute to Tribal Welfare Deptt. For refund of Tution & Other fees & Post
Metric Scholarship in their Bank A/c directly by Govt. of M.P.
(B) Those SC Category students whose family annual income from Rs.2,00,000/- to Rs. 3,00,000/- per annum are
not eligible for PMS, & are eligible for refund of 50% of Tuition and other fees. They have to pay Online
semester registration fees as per fee structure (refer para 7). However their PMS Application will be forwarded by
institute to Tribal Welfare Deptt. For refund of Tution & Other fees & Post Metric Scholarship in their Bank A/c
directly by Govt. of M.P.
6.2 For ST Category Student :- All ST category students are required to pay full semester fees online.
(A) Students belonging to ST Category whose annual family income is not more than Rs. 2,50,000/- per annum are
eligible for PMS. They have to pay Online semester registration fees as per fee structure (refer para 7). However
their PMS Application will be forwarded by institute to Tribal Welfare Deptt. For refund of Tution & Other fees &
Post Metric Scholarship in their Bank A/c directly by the Govt. of M.P.
(B) Students belonging to ST Category whose annual family income from Rs.2,50,000/- to Rs. 3,00,000/- per annum
are not eligible for PMS, & are eligible for refund of 50% of Tuition and other fees. They have to pay Online
semester registration fees as per fee structure (refer para 7). However their PMS Application will be forwarded by
institute to Tribal Welfare Deptt. For refund of Tution & Other fees & Post Metric Scholarship in their Bank A/c
directly by the Govt. of M.P.
6.3 For OBC Category Student :-OBC category students are required to deposit full semester fees. However,
those OBC candidates whose family annual income is not more than Rs. 75,000/- per annum. They have to pay
Online semester registration fees as per fee structure (refer para 7). However their PMS Application will be
forwarded by institute to Deptt., of Backward Classes and Minority Welfare, Govt. of MP, for refund/
reimbursement of Tuition & Other fees & Post Metric Scholarship in their Bank A/c directly by the Govt. of M.P.
Note:- 1. All the Students are required to pay full fees. No part payment will be accepted.
2. All the students are required to attend the classes from 07-12-2015 other wise strong
immediate action will be taken against them.
3. The winter vacation is declared from 26-12-2015 to 02-01-2016.

Only IVth BE final semester (VII sem. in case of AB group) students are required to deposit Rs. 400/-
(four hundred) only on account of Provisional Degree & Migration Certificate of RGPV, Bhopal, in
addition to tuition and other fees.
Note: (1) OBC/ SC/ ST students who are eligible for Post Matric Scholarship on family income basis, are
required to fill online Post Matric Scholarship form on www.scholarshipportal.mp.nic.in, and hard
copy along with all enclosures to be submitted to Post Matric Scholarship (PMS) Section of the
institute for further forwarding to Govt. of MP, for refund/ reimbursement of fees and post matric
scholarship amount in student’s bank accounts directly.
(2) Hostlers are required to pay the Hostel/Mess fees online as per the schedule to be declared by
respective hostel wardens. They are also required to submit the receipt of the fees to office of warden. Important Note :- Ref.: Notice No. Regr/Acad Counc/2009/310, dated 03/07/2009.
1. The maximum duration of the course shall be 8.5 years. .
2. Marking System- A candidate will be promoted to the available semester of the next Academic Year
provided he/she does not carry a backlog of more than Six Theory or combination of Six Theory and
Practical (taken together) of the immediate previous year.
3. Grading System- A candidate will be promoted to the available semester of the next Academic Year
provided he/she does not carry a backlog of more than Five Theory or combination of Five Theory and
Practical (taken together) of the immediate previous year.
4. A candidate is eligible to be admitted to the available semester and only if he/ she does not have any
backlog subjects (theory and practical) of previous alternate year. (for example, a candidate having a
backlog of IInd B.E. shall not be eligible to take admission in IVth year B.E.)In grading system, additionly
a min. CGPA of 5.0 is also required . If a student is not meeting the later condition, he/she has to appear
for exam (Max. 3 Subjects) to improve the CGPA.
