The submitted papers were evaluated by a jury consisting of Masahisa Fujita, Elhanan Helpman, James Friedman, and the editors of this journal. The first three papers of this issue were 1 awarded first and second prize, and honorable mention, respectively. RSUE proudly presents the papers of these prize winners. Konrad O.
