GOAL: Improve safety for all users, including freight at the
intersection and provide access to industrial land south of OR140.

Scope - pavement preservation between MP 125-138.
Construction in 2019
MP 125.50 – 132.00 (6.5 miles)
- 3” grind, 5” inlay/overlay
MP 132.00 – 137.78 (5.8 miles)
- Left (“A”) Lane - 5” grind, 8” inlay/overlay
- Right (“B”) Lane – 3” grind, 5” inlay/overlay
Traffic Analysis – single lane conditions remain below
delay thresholds except during Memorial Day and Labor
Day weekends.
