ATTENTION EXHIBITORS

We have decided to combine the entry forms for the Region 10 Pre-show and Championship show onto one entry form. Hopefully this will streamline the entry process for all concerned. Here is what you need to know to enter using this form:

On the right hand side of the form the fees are listed, as usual, however, they are now split into sections titled “Both shows,” “Pre show” and “Championship show.” The fees in the “Both shows” section are fees that apply whether you are showing in the pre-show only, in the champ show only, or in both shows.

You pay one stall fee per horse, which covers you for the duration of the pre-show and championship show.

The one USEF (now called US Equestrian) $16 fee per horse also covers the horse for both shows.

If you are not a US Equestrian member and are also not an amateur (amateurs MUST be a US Equestrian member in order to show) and need to pay a show pass fee, this is where you would check that and the show pass will cover you for both shows. Under the “Pre-show” and “Championship show” sections are the fees that pertain to each particular show. If you are showing in both shows you must pay the office fees, etc., per horse for each show.

Remember, you must be an AHA member to show at the Regional Championship show. If you are showing at the pre-show ONLY and are not an AHA member, you are required to join AHA or you have the option of paying the AHA single event membership fee of $35, listed under the pre-show fees.

Also, when totaling your class fees, be careful to apply the correct per class fee for pre-show or regional classes. If you are showing in the pre-show to qualify to enter the championship show, you will return to the office after the pre-show and enter the classes you qualified for, and will not have to fill out another complete entry form as you have had to do in the past. We are asking that you pre-pay for your camping along with your entry fees, and this is indicated under the “Both shows” section of the fees list.

Also new on the entry form is a spot to put the rider’s date of birth, located on the front of the form in the box where you will fill in the rider’s name. This will be helpful to the office staff and show committee in deciding how to split classes, if the need to do that arises (by age of rider rather than just a random split).

You will be receiving just one back number and if you are showing in the pre-show and championship show, which will be your number for the duration. Please feel free to contact Leesa Berhow at (715) 643-2494 (home) or (651) 331-6415 (cell) or [email protected] if you have any questions.
