with proper ventilation, lighting,

fire safety equipment, signage,

painting and fixing of floor and

wall tiles.

Design brief on electrical system LT POWER DISTRIBUTION

LT Power from Existing Panel Board is carried to Sub main Panel Proposed now

The Main Panel supplies power to various other sub panels.

DG BACK UP

Considering 100% Back up for the renovated area as well as the existing area proposed DG

of 250 KVA Capacity with the AMF

LIGHTING

•Type of Light Fixtures shall be LED

• Emergency lighting is proposed in public areas and at selected places by using Inverter

power.

•All Common area lighting have 100% DG back up

•Power sockets have been provided at suitable intervals to facilitate Advertisement

boards/TVs etc.

Design brief on electrical system COMMUNICATIONS

Telephone points have been provided in Common areas and Individual rooms.

EARTHING

•Earthing will be designed as per Indian Standards (IS 3043).

•Copper earthing will be considered for neutral of D.G. sets and Transformers.

•G.I. earthing will be considered for body earthing, etc.

•Earthing shall be in line with local regulations and practice.

Design brief on HVACDedicated Ventilation system ( Jet

Fans) towards Russel market side has

been considered.

Fresh air will be supplied through Shaft

near Pass Counter to suffice subway

ventilation (Fresh Air Axial Fan & Jet )

Minimum of 6 ACPH considered for all

the above.

All the fans will be operated through

Timer to achieve Energy Efficiency

system.

Estimated HVAC Electrical Demand

load around 7 KW.
