How are we unique? • One of the largest remaining programs –

approximately 9,000 homes left• Each home 45 years or older must undergo

a historical review process; almost 40% of the homes are deemed “Nationally Historic”

• Complexity of the housing stock – not your average track home

Unique Program Challenges

• Educating the homeowners, “I have to wait how long?!”

• Finding qualified Contractors• Communication with Manufacturers• Forming relationships with local

jurisdictions
