Reflections/lessons learnt

• Both England and Sweden aspire to be a population-based system. We are on the same track.

• Giving control to the patients will lead to using clinical time in a more effective way.

• ’’Get new pair of shoes and wear them in’’ attitude- don’t focus on laggers, focus on early adopters and the laggers will follow.

• Adaptation and integration of Improvent Science into daily work, being expanded in the organisation. A massive cultural change

• Everybody having two jobs, the empowerment piece important

• Driving change-Change shouldn’t be driven. It should be found and facilitated- from below

• NHS England document from the minister of health- it cannot be centrally driver, you need a general vision. (länk)
