Dear Parishioners,

As I shared with you on Pentecost Sunday, it is my hope to re-establish a Parish Pastoral Council (PPC). Over the last two weeks we have had the opportunity for a time of prayer and discernment in the lead-up to this important initiative which will assist in the pastoral care and ministries of the parish. This team of active parishioners will play an essential role in ensuring collaboration in the life of the parish, serving the entire parish of the Macleay Valley as together we continue to discern God’s will for our parish family in the years ahead.

I invite those who are interested in being part of the PPC to join me on Tuesday 2nd July for 5.30pm Mass and devotions, followed by a meeting in the Kempsey hall, so we can discuss the process moving forward.

May we all continue to experience Jesus’ unconditional love for us and our families,

Fr James
