One of the strengths of my lesson is my activities re fun and
the objectives were achieved. Besides, pupils participate actively
throughout the lesson. I also realized that the use interactive
teaching aids such as an audio recording helps pupils to enhance
the targeted skill which is listening and speaking skills.
Weaknesses of the lesson:
As for the set induction, the visual aids are not effective
enough. This is because, the size of my visual aids were too small
and pupils at the back were unable to see or read clearly. Apart
from that, my voice was too soft and some pupils were not able to
listen to my instruction well. Plus, I also encountered a problem
when I had finished my lesson earlier than the time set. This
showed that I still unable to manage my time wisely.
Suggestion for Improvements:
For the Questions and Answers session, I should involve as many
pupils as I can so as they have the chance to express their ideas.
Plus, I should prepare a backup material or extra materials for the
pupils if I finish my lesson earlier than the time set. I should
also gives clear instruction with a clear voice so that my pupils
will able to understand the instruction easily.
