TAKE NOTICE OF THE FOLLOWING OFFICIAL COURT RECORD$ as you must:
(1) The official docket for this case, wherein the November 7th Proposed Order opposing judge
Elfving’s rigging of the November 21st hearing is uploaded, and which was verifiably served on
Elfving in 4 ways including by email attachments & tracked USPS mail directly to his chamber$;
(2) The official court transcript for the November 21st hearing wherein at page 3 corrupt and
soon to be convicted judge Elfving brazenly lies about not getting the Proposed Order opposing
his rigging of: that very hearing; and the forthcoming January 9th Motion for Fee$;

(3) The Bar’s December 3rd registration on the docket of its $elf-$erving January 9th Motion for
Fee$, which is being rigged by Elfving who lied about not getting Missud’s Proposed Order
opposing his rigging of the November 21st hearing a$ well a$ that Motion for Fee$;
(4) Now note how Missud’s verifiably-filed Opposition to that $oon-to-be railroaded Motion for
Fee$ is only listed on the docket on December 12th, but for $ome very $trange rea$on not
uploaded for public viewing to hide all the detailed concrete evidence of judicial racketeering
and financial predation of the public, from the public;
(5) Even worse is that the Bar’$ bull$#!t Reply to Missud’s concrete Opposition, which can’t be
overcome for any reasons because it’s rock-solid and proven beyond criminal standards isn’t
registered at all. It was supposedly automatically uploaded on December 31st 2014 but it$ al$o
being $uppre$$ed from public view despite the ServeXpress “proof of service” falsely claiming
it was publicly registered on the docket. [Computers don’t lie- only corrupt judge$ like Elfving
who commit racketeering and prevent automatic computer registration of pleadings do];
(6) Treacherou$ judge Elfving, -who already rigged every hearing in this case, will again lie on
January 9th to rig that hearing. He’ll feign not getting any opposition to railroad the Bar’$ $5240
of $anction$ meant to financially destroy Missud & conceal his own and colleague$’ RICO
$cheme$ to $teal from the public and destroy American democracy;
(7) Federal Informant Missud has three very expensive congenital defects called Bi-Lateral
Mudullory Sponge Kidney; Spinal Sclerosis, and Spinal Stenosis. Surgeries for the first cost over
$35,000; require installation of stents; require 10 days’ recovery; and are very painful. Surgeries
for the other two cost well over $100,000 much of which not covered by insurance because the
titanium hardware is for now experimental. Elfving is laying the tracks to railroad grand theft of
thousands of dollars that would otherwise be used to save my life and keep me walking.
(8) Missud and Elfving are now literally in a battle to the death. Elfving wants to kill me for
having exposed his own and colleague$’ judicial corruption, racketeering, subversion, attempted
overthrow of government, and other high crimes. I will kill Elfving before he kills me. Elfving’s
death will be justifiable homicide because he already committed high crimes & treason, and took
color-of-law illegal actions to take my life.
