(NLP) LINGUISTIC PATTERN IN SALES
• NLP linguistic pattern 1: Complex Equivalence – equate customer’s need with
product’s USP
• NLP linguistic pattern 2: Pacing Current Experience – effective way to utilize
customer’s feedback to enhance your sales pitch
