period, I can confidently recommend her as a dedicated and highly knowledgeable professional in

Throughout the whole time of working on the project Miss Massardi has demonstrated a

The quality of Miss Massardi's work has been consistently high and outstanding. This has largely

to do with her skil ls, personal qualit ies and work ethic. Apart from her analytical reasoning and

research skills, her ability and eagerness to constantly expand her knowledge of CSR certainly

showed her quick formation into a real CSR professional. Moreover, Miss Massardi's proactive

attitude toward work and wil l ingness to go an extra mile has certainly made her a very

inspirational person to work with. She also has a fascinating abil ity to combine structured attitude

with flexible approach and out-of-box thinking. With her constructive critical approach she often

challenged the team to seek more effective solutions and also contributed with proposing various

innovative solutions at different stages within the project.

Having worked with Miss Massardifor quite a long while, a few additional qualit ies stood out for

me that I found extremely valuable: Miss Massardi is highly reliable and trustworthy. Moreover,

she has an international mindset openly embracing people with different cultural backgrounds.

With all of the above said, I can only strongly support Carola Massardi's candidacy: she is a
