I am the Director of The Invisible Solution Ltd, TW Stage & Barricade Ltda and eps Brasil Ldta. I have spent the last 20 years as a Production Manager for acts such as Robbie Williams, One Direction, Coldplay, Queen and Kanye West. I met Jonathan when we switched trucking companies on the One Direction tour in 2015. At the time my stage management team and myself were extremely nervous, as the switch had been done for purely financial reasons. and both the tour routing and load-in load-out timings were extremely tight. Not the best situation to change to an unknown trucking company and an unknown lead driver – Jonathan Larouche. It quickly became apparent that our fears were unfounded. Jonathan proved his worth on the very first load-in, and the subsequent shows went extremely smoothly as well. My stage managers Paddy and Mark were soon singing their praises for Jonathan and his team, and it soon became apparent that Jonathan was not only impressing us with his extremely well planned truck movements and scheduling, but also the union crews as well. If you are looking for a logistics manager, I can’t recommend anyone better for the job than Jonathan, my biggest reservation being that I have now lost another great lead driver to a management role.
