RE: Gunwhi Kim – Food & Beverage Attendant
We had a privilege to have Gunhwi Kim with us in Shaky Isles under Spotless for four months since October 2014 as a full time staff.
Gunhwi had previously done coffee training, and was an accomplished barista with sense of art and taste of coffee.
He demonstrated a great visual sense that always brings joy to the customers. We are one of the cafes that can get extremely busy and hence we always need someone with a good presence of mind and a strong sense of urgency.
He was very responsible, punctual and is a great team player. Although there is a lot of pressure during work Gunhwi handled it very professionally serving the coffee very quickly yet precisely with the confidence and never loses smile.
I found Gunhwi to be an excellent worker. hard working and determined, quick to grasp new environment, complete set tasks and initiative among co-workers.
Gunhwi with his strong hospitality background possesses a very solid mind set of serving customer and would use these tools to benefit greatly from the many customers and also co-workers.
I believe that he has the technical skills in coffee, focus and passion for taking care of customers and will be an exemplary worker and I would not hesitate to act as a referee on his behalf.
