The National Opera and Ballet Theater or TKOB is the main theater of Tirana and of the whole Albania. The National Opera and Ballet Theater was founded on November 29, 1953.

First located inside the building of the Academy of Music and Art of Albania and later transferred to the Palace of Culture in Tirana, in the city center.

This theater helped to develop the arts in the capital, which before then had no space for performances. Today the Opera presents works by Albanian and international composers.

Il Teatro Nazionale dell’Opera e del Balletto o TKOB è il principale teatro di Tirana e dell’intera Albania. Il Teatro Nazionale dell’Opera e del Balletto fu fondato il 29 novembre 1953.

Prima situato all’interno dell’edificio dell’Accademia di Musica e Arte dell’Albania e successivamente trasferito nel Palazzo della Cultura di Tirana, nel centro della città.

Questo teatro ha contribuito a sviluppare le arti nella capitale, che prima di allora non aveva spazio per le esibizioni. Oggi l’Opera presenta opere di compositori albanesi e internazionali.

From 4 June 2017 Tirana has a new Olympic Park with a multi-purpose arena.

This sports facility will also be used as a multifunctional gym and the other spaces will house the offices of the various Sports Federations including the Albanian Anti-Doping Committee.

The stadium has a capacity of 16,000 seats and it is dedicated to Loro Boriçi, an Albanian footballer active in the forties and fifties. In December 2015, the restyling of the stadium began to host the national football team of Albania, making it the largest stadium in the nation, bigger than the Qemal Stafa Stadium in Tirana.

The Port Stephens Bannisters is a new four-star hotel that, thanks to an investment of 7 million dollars, will improve and replace the previous hotel of the Salamander Shores.

The building was built to host a company that deals with trade fair events. Part of the building, oriented towards energy efficiency, has underfloor heating as well as a sophisticated ventilation system, in addition to drinking water distribution system.

L’edificio è stato realizzato per ospitare un’azienda che si occupa di eventi fieristici. Una parte dell’edificio, orientato all’efficienza energetica, ha il riscaldamento a pavimento nonché un sofisticato sistema di ventilazione, oltre al sistema di distribuzione di acqua potabile.

Il complesso è composto da un totale di 360 appartamenti, affiancati da 800 metri quadrati di spazio commerciale.

Esternamente al complesso sono state costruite due nuove strade di servizio, complete di percorsi pedonabili e ciclabili. In linea con l’esterno è stato costruito anche un parcheggio per le biciclette al coperto.

The complex consists of a total of 360 apartments, flanked by 800 square meters of commercial space.

Two new service roads have been built outside the complex, complete with pedestrian and cycle paths. In line with the outside, an indoor bicycle parking area was also built.

This complex is part of a project on the development of a new center in Garðabær in collaboration with the municipal authorities following the decision to strengthen and restructure the city center.

The skyscraper has 12 apartments and 3 commercial spaces. The structure has been covered with aluminum and wood finishes to minimize maintenance and energy waste. All apartments are modern and spacious, with balconies, parking and spectacular city views.

Questo complesso fa parte di un progetto sullo sviluppo di un nuovo centro a Garðabær in collaborazione con le autorità municipali a seguito della decisione di rafforzare e ristrutturare il centro città.

Il grattacielo ha 12 appartamenti e 3 spazi commerciali. La struttura è stata rivestita di alluminio e di finiture in legno per ridurre al minimo la manutenzione e lo spreco energetico. Tutti gli appartamenti sono moderni e spaziosi, dotati di balcone, parcheggio e viste spettacolari sulla città.

The Franciscan monastery of the Hermitage of Saints Peter and Paul was founded around the years 1228-30 by Saint Anthony of Padua.

It is a set of religious buildings that despite being outside the historical center of Bienno are tourist destinations for many visitors from the rest of Italy and abroad, who find in this place a source of meditation and great spirituality.

Il convento francescano Eremo dei Santi Pietro e Paolo è stato fondato intorno agli anni 1228-30 ad opera di Sant’Antonio di Padova.

Inside the historic Mancini palace, dating back to 1130, and which today houses the municipal residence of Castel Baronia, a ceiling system was installed for heating and cooling the common areas and municipal offices.

The building has a classic and solemn style, with large frescoed walls; a homogeneous and compact system was therefore designed to guarantee total air distribution in all the spaces that constitute it.

All’interno dello storico palazzo Mancini, risalente al lontano 1130, e che oggi è sede della residenza municipale di Castel Baronia, è stato installato un impianto a soffitto per il riscaldamento e per il raffrescamento degli spazi comuni e degli uffici comunali.

L’edificio presenta uno stile classico e solenne, con grandi pareti affrescate; si è dunque provveduto alla progettazione di un sistema omogeneo e compatto che garantisse una diffusione totale dell’aria in tutti gli spazi che lo costituiscono.

During the construction of the building, double-glazed windows and new technologies were used, including Comisa, to ensure high energy efficiency.

The building of 38.000 m2 was built in 21 months. Aura consists of three blocks, a block C of 10 floors, a block B of 15 floors and a block D with a sub-structure area and the first floor connecting two blocks. It is a class A business center, a BMS, or a building management system with modern technology, energy savings and much more to make it comfortable.

L’edificio di 38 mila m2 è stato costruito in 21 mesi. Aura è costituito da tre blocchi, un blocco C di 10 piani, un blocco B di 15 piani e un blocco D con una zona di sotto struttura e il primo piano che collega due blocchi. The Executive Mansion of Liberia is the official residence and workplace of the country’s President. The Executive Mansion was destroyed by fire on 26 July 2006, during the 159th anniversary celebration of the adoption of the Liberian Declaration of Independence. The renovation process is still ongoing.

The project of the Helsingborg Hospital was conceived as a unique architectural structure, that conforms to both the existing part of the hospital and the surrounding urban centre.

The new building will house three areas: the outpatient clinic, the laboratories on the lower floors and the psychiatric department, that will be located within a more open structure with large windows.

The advantage of the entire design project was to guarantee a flexible structure to the building, with a clear layout made of green courtyards and optimal conditions to guarantee maximum brightness to the spaces.

Il progetto dell’ospedale di Helsingborg è stato pensato come un unico impianto architettonico, conforme sia all’ospedale già esistente che al centro urbano circostante.

Il nuovo edificio ospiterà tre aree: la clinica ambulatoriale, i laboratori nei piani inferiori e il reparto psichiatrico, che sorgerà all’interno di una struttura più aperta e con ampie vetrate.

Punto di forza dell’intero progetto di design è stato garantire una struttura flessibile all’edificio, con un layout chiaro fatto di cortili verdi e di condizioni ottimali a garantire la massima luminosità degli spazi.
