“Safe NIGHTS”– Community Service: Spectrum's Barber and Cosmetology students participated in "SAFE NIGHTS" – for the second time. SAFE NIGHTS is a special event to pamper the homeless with haircuts, hairstyles, manicures and more. This event was hosted by Metropolitan United Methodist Church Cooperative Parish in Indian Head, MD
