REESES PEANUT BUTTER CUP COOKIES

The ingredients

3/4 c. peanut butter1/3 c. sugar1/3 c. light brown sugar1 egg2 tbsp. milk1 tsp. vanilla extract1 1/3 c. flour1 tsp. baking sodaSugarAbout 30 Reese's Peanut Butter Cups (miniature)

How to make the cookie cups

Heat oven to 350 degrees. In large mixer bowl cream peanut butter,

shortening, 1/3 cup sugar and brown sugar. Add egg, milk and vanilla; beat well. Combine flour and baking soda; gradually

add to creamed mixture, blending thoroughly.

Continue.

Shape dough into 1 1/2 inch balls, roll in sugar.Place on ungreased cookie sheet. Bake 10-12

minutes. Remove from oven, immediately place unwrapped

peanut butter cup on top of each cookie, pressing down so that cookie cracks around edges.

Cool slightly; remove from cookie sheet onto wire rack.

Cool completely. About 2 1/2 dozen cookies.
