His appearance followed a stiff note to WSSC from Mayor Antoinette Bram, ~ted May 16, claiming that the city had not been notified ahCad of time of their Work to repair the 96" water ltne through ~rccnhclr's corporate limrts. (GM) Swim Team conlinues to excel. winning its past three meets, for a record of 3 wins and 0 losses. Like past summers, Our swim team competes. iQ Division A of the Prince M-ont Swim League (PMSL). Division A is made up of the faStest, largest teams of the PMSL. and compe~ tition is always tough.

On June 28. GM hosted Hawthorne Country Club (HCC) Swim Team al our pool. Last year, we lost a nail·blter to HCC by J point. Needless to say, we did not want tlfis trend to con­tinue. When the final. score was

Sev~ral fourth gradcr~ participated in the opening day with deposits of over $100. Rep­rcsentatives from the Grcenhcll hranch of Riggs Bank and from the hank's W~hingtnn headquar­ters joined in the opemng ccl­ehration.
