•It is used for the power supply and signal transmission in distance between 30m and 150m.

• It rewinds and releases automatically according to the movement and speed of a crane.

And it is divided into large, medium and small size depending on the length of a cable.

• When rotating knob clockwise, clutch is caught tightly and then torque increases, which enables it to function as a brake.

• It can adapt the power and speed for the customers’ needs, applying a reducer and Sprocket Ratio to a small-sized worm geared motor. Externals are compact with using a small-sized motor.

Friction Motor Type Cable Reel

It consists of a Three-phase Induction Motor, a Friction Reducer, a Slip Ring Case and a Drum. The Friction Reducer is a Worm Gear Type whose Worm Wheel is manufactured with a special alloyed steel. When a cable being rewound, the friction torque is generated and its steady frictional force makes cables rewound or released. No need for additional brake devices.
