Store Redemption Guide

Hay and pellet frequent buyer cards and in-store feeding credit are key benefits of the Oxbow Preferred Store Program. Correctly submitting the associated cards and vouchers is critical to the success of the program. Please see the following information for best practices for using and redeeming these pieces.

Redemption Requirements • “Have a Hay Day” coupon

1. Give coupon to any new pet parent that adopts/purchases an animal from your store. Collect coupon withcustomer information and proof of animal purchase/adoption.Note: Customer information and proof of animal purchase/adoption are required for redemption and credit

2. Submit coupon, customer information, and proof of animal purchase/adoption to distributor for product credit

3. Distributor issues credit to retailer for appropriate product

Redeemable for one FREE 15 oz. bag of any variety of Oxbow hay

• Frequent Buyer Program1. Use the provided Frequent Buyer envelopes to collect

customer information and UPC/receipts for customers. Note: Customer information and UPC/receipts are required for redemption and credit.

2. Submit completed Frequent Buyer envelopes with customer information and UPC/receipts to distributor for product credit.

3. Distributor verifies product UPC/receipts and issues credit to retailer for appropriate product

4. Call Oxbow to request more Frequent Buyer envelopes!

• All packages must be the same size, variety (e.g. Essentials), and species. Mixing and matching lifestage (e.g. young rabbit, adult rabbit) is permitted.
