ANNOUNCEMENTS

Youth Pastor Fund: We are seeking God in regards to a full-time Youth Pastor. We have had a wonderful opportunity of a matching grant for this full-time position. Our goal is to raise $15,000. Would you please pray about and consider giving above and beyond your normal offering, as we continue to seek God’s direction here at Lakewood. To make a donation towards this, please mark “Youth Pastor Fund” on your giving envelope.

5-Day Clubs: Lakewood Park is looking to host 10 Child Evangelism Fellowship 5-Day Clubs July 17-21 and July 24-28. If you are interested in hosting a club, please contact Jeannie Johnson, [email protected] and Child Evangelism Fellowship will contact you with more information.

Fellowship Open House: The Pettits invite you to an Open House on Friday, June 23 from 6-9p at their home, 409 Steeplechase, Auburn. All are welcome to attend!

All church Potluck/Picnic: Following the Worship Service on June 25. Please bring a lawn chair and stay for food and fellowship with your Lakewood Park church family. Please bring a dish to share according to the first letter of your last name: A-H—Fruit or Vegetable, I-P—Salad or Side Dish, Q-Z—Dessert.

Deacon Car Care: The Deacons are providing free car inspections and oil changes on Saturday, August 12. This event is open to anyone, but you must reserve your spot. Sign up in the café or contact the Church Office, 260-925-2006.

Chapters: Are you single either by choice or life events? Whether man, woman, single parent, 30 something, retiree, each of us has a story of love, laughter fear, joy and our Christian Faith.
