Shane Saxhaug’s

To my Fellow Turbo Students, WOW, that really makes me feel young! Actually, you are more like

family to me than students. I asked Jennie to write the �rst editorial in her Turbo Newsletter and when

she agreed. I wanted to write about how much fun Turbo Kick is for me every time we step out on the

studio �oor. All of you, whether you know it or not really make it fun for me to go out and give it my

best. I would mention every one of you by name but I am afraid I would leave someone out. When I �rst

started taking Turbo 3 and a half years ago I had no idea that I still would be going today. I quote Jennie

here “I was hooked” Turbo is not only healthy for me but I keep up with the cool Hip Hop music. One of

the things I really enjoy is our Turbo get together's outside of the YMCA For me it is fun to sweat,

dance, party and enjoy each other’s company.

Speaking of cool Hip Hop music has this ever happened to you? You are driving your car, you hear a

turbo song, and you automatically start to do the Turbo rou-tine to the song you hear? Or you are at a

club, sporting event and the same thing happens! When this happens to me, I always look to see if there

is another Turbo Kick classmate to do the routine with! I am looking forward to many more new releases

of Turbo Kick as long as great people like you continue to participate in the greatest �tness class of all

time! Wait..... I have not had a full class of Hip Hop Hustle yet. I hope to see all of you soon!

ever! Shane Saxhaug in March 2008. Shane has

been turbo-kicking with me since the inception. This

newsletters and editorials were his idea and I am so

grateful that he is still here inspiring me today!!
