Friday 9th November Dear Parents and Guardians,

Bold colours were the order of the day. The annual Boneo Oaks Day at The National, was a huge

success with over 170 members of our community enjoying a day of fun and excitement, with many

winners on the day.

There is something indescribably lovely about being a part of the Boneo Community. A group of

people who share something more substantial than just geographical location; something they feel

passionately about; something that, when shared, makes individuals feel connected.

A huge congratulations to our organising committee, Nikki Fraser, Danielle McPherson, Kathy Marsh,

Bernie Fleming and Amanda Swayn. Our committee can feel so proud of their efforts with over

$13000 raised.

Today we held a special House Event. This event was designed to engage students and foster a

sense of connectedness to their House. Students participated in learning activities related to the

House system. The students designed mascots, created a House chant and completed a design and

sports event.
