Located on the library level entrance of the Cowichan Performing Arts Centre, Black Tie Finalists and attendees will be greeted by Red Carpet Hosts and photographers who will capture their grand entrance in true Oscars-style fashion. $1,500 + GST

Red Carpet Sponsor is invited to provide team members to take up the Red Carpet Host role(s) – great way to increase visibility and engage on the night!

Nominations are submitted by the general public, finalists and award recipients are determined by way of an

Four tickets to the Black Tie Awards (valued at $240)
Champagne glasses will be adorned with locally crafted wine charms that will bear the Sponsor’s logo. These will be a take-away memento for guests who attend on the night.

OFFICIAL PHOTO & MEDIA AREA | 6 PM TO 9 PM | AVAILABLE There will be a photo and media area in the upper theatre foyer where Finalists, Winners and guests have the opportunity to have professional photos taken against a branded backdrop. Area will be set-up from 6:00 pm to the close of the event, with photos taken primarily from 6:00 pm to 6:45 pm and 8:15 pm to 8:45 pm. $1,500 + GST

FRIENDS OF THE BLACK TIE AWARDS | UNLIMITED This is a special opportunity for groups and individuals to support the Black Tie Awards, by assisting with costs associated with delivering an evening of celebration and recognition of excellence across the Cowichan Valley Regional District. Contributions of all values are welcome. SUGGESTED LEVELS OF GIVING: $150, $250, $500 OR $750 + GST. DELIVERABLES:
Contributions of $750 will receive two tickets to the event ($120 value)
Contributions of $500 will receive one ticket to the event ($60 value)
Contributors will be acknowledged in the Black Tie Awards Program
