After all the square card in a boxes I have made, it was so AWESOME to learn how to make a rectangle card in a box. Enjoy!
SUPPLIES:
Berry Burst 11 x 4-1/4 card base
4 x 1-1/4 (2) scored at 1/4" on each end (landscape)
DSP: 3-1/4 x 2
1-1/2 x 1-1/2 (2)
3-1/4 x 1-1/2
White: 3-1/4 x 4
Stamp Sets: Bloomin' Love, Ribbon of Courage, Sure Do Love You, Toucan of My Love (Retired)
Paper: Berry Burst, Fresh Fig, Fresh Floral DSP Stack
Inks: Berry Burst, Fresh Fig
Accessories: Large Number Framelits (banner), Lots of Love Box Framelits, Support Ribbon Framelits, Sweet & Sassy Framelits

ALL lines above have been scored... I am just showing you which will eventually be cut (solid) and which will be folded (dashed).
Place the Berry Burst card base (11 x 4-1/4) on scoreboard "portrait"; score at 2"
Turn to "landscape" and score at: 3-1/2 + 5-1/4 + 8-3/4 + 10-1/2
Put your base into cutter with 2" score line to your left at the 3-3/4" line on your cutter. Cut from the 3-1/2" line down to end of card
stock.

Cut off the strip you just made. Then cut on each solid line.
You will also cut off the one tab to the right and make little slits on the remaining tab which makes it easier to close.

I then take my envelope maker and round the corners of the top pieces only, leaving the bottom straight-lined.
I also round off the corners of the middle row above -- which are Designer Series Paper pieces, along with the bottom left corner which
is used on the backside of the card.
The bottom right 2 pieces with red tape on them are for the middle of your box to add decorations. FOR MY CARD, I used Berry Burst
card stock. I put Tear & Tape (used red tape here for you to see better) on opposite ends -- one on the front and one on the back.

This is when you can put your signature stamp on; attach the DSP pieces; and attach one end of your two pieces for your decorations.
DO NOT ATTACH the second end yet. I like to add my decorations now that gives me more freedom to attach and see what I need
first.
When I am ready to attach the two ends, I remove my tape and fold the right flap over on top of the tape.

Now, I remove the remaining Tear Tape off and fold over the far left end with the large heart on it.
Wha-la!!! You are almost done!

If you want, you can stick down your sides with either glue dots or pop them with dimensionals.
IF YOU DON'T ADD A LARGE HEART TO THE BACK, like I did, this will definitely fold flat and fit inour 5-3/4" x 4-3/8" envelopes. But, I don't mind making my own envelopes with the ease of ourenvelope punch board and envelope paper.
