Brief Job Description
The responsibilities of this person will include reporting to the district manager andsupervising assistant facility managers. The selected candidate will be responsible forthe facility and managing day to day operations, while training employees constantly.In addition, the person will oversee the activities of the Maintenance Team.
Qualifications:
Must have the following: a bachelor’s degree or equivalent and 3 or more years workexperience. Must be an initiative person and a good team player. Goodcommunication and interpersonal skills strongly preferred. Strong leadership skillswith the ability to demonstrate required skills firmly preferred.
