Recruitment for the post of Staff Nurse in

Government / Autonomous Institutions in the State of Karnataka.

Recruitment of Staff Nurse - Inclusion of New Institutions

a. Two new institutions, i.e., Raichur Institute of Medical Sciences, Raichur, and Mandya Institute of

Medical Sciences, Mandya have been included along with the institutions notified in the notification

dated 30-10-2015 issued by KEA.

b. Details of Institutions included and number of posts are given below:

c. The candidates who have already applied for the post of staff nurse, against the notification dated

30-10-2015 issued by KEA, can also apply for these institutions by carrying out the necessary

modifications in the online application form.

d. If a candidate who had already applied for one institution, he / she can apply for these two

institutions or to the other institutions which are notified earlier by paying the requisite fee for each

institution.

e. If a candidate who had already applied, can apply for Mandya or Raichur or for both and they can

change exam place to Mandya or Raichur only.

f. The examination will be conducted at Belgaum, Karwar, Koppal, Madikeri, Gadag,

Gulbarga, Chamarajanagar, Hubli, Bangalore, Hassan, Bidar, Mandya and Raichur.

NOTE: Even though the candidate has applied for more than one institution, he / she has to

appear for Competitive Examination in only one centre of his / her choice entered in the online

application, as the Competitive Examination is common for all the institutions.

g. The eligible candidates who have not applied so far for the first notification can now

apply. Visit KEA Website for detailed notification for applying.

h. For the institutions notified in both the notifications, interested eligible candidates can apply online

on or before 26-12-2015 and the last date to pay the prescribed fees is 29-12-2015.

i. The other instructions and guidelines issued in the first notification remain unaltered.

NOTE: The candidate’s who have applied twice, means for two or more institution separately and

having different application IDs, are here by informed to logon to the application with any one

application ID and enter the details of other application.
