His main objective is to ensure the quality of the process of recruitment of Exchange Participants and the training process in order to keep the alignment with the AIESEC Vision. Responsabilities Follow the Operational Plan of the product and its timeline with OGX Business

Coordinator; Support the creation and promotion of the product; Contatct all the candidates for exchange; Selection and induction of the futures EP; Make expectation settings with EP candidates; Integration of EPs; Make contract signature and other documents with EPs; Show to EP’s how to use myaiesec.net; Student preparation (cultural preparation); Support VPOGX, OGX Business Coordinator, OGX auditor and OGX Delivery

Coordinator to assure that all documents were delivered;

Measures of Sucess Number of EP’s candidates; Number of raised EPS; Realization Rate and delivery time; Number of meeting with other members and EPs; Quality of Exchanges; % of documents delivered for TLA.
