Flex Pass: Enjoy the flexibility of using your flex pass to attend any one of our drop-in classes at the Zen and Fitness Centre. Please note that flex passes are valid for six months after the purchase date.

Kids & Family Programs SPRING 2020Active Start (4-6 years old)

Kindernastics and more! Pre-school children will be given an opportunity to develop physical literacy skills in this playful, semi-structured program. Children will explore gymnastics equipment for the April classes. For the month of May, Coach Laura will move outside, introducing early learners to soccer and baseball skills.

INSPIRE CIRCUS CAMP(For Children through Adult) A very special event with our friends from Inspire Circus. Using circus skills - including stilt walking, juggling, clowning and acrobatics - participants young and old learn skills for forming healthy relationships, overcoming challenges and making physical activity fun. Minimum age 6. Register early, maximum 20.

THE EXPLORERS CLUB(After school program)

Discover the urban nature secrets of Okanagan Falls. An all weather play outside program including an archaeology dig, nature crafts and geocaching.

WHEREOut and about in Okanagan Falls WHENMondaysJune 1st to June 22ndTIME2:30-4:00pm (Classroom pick up) COST$35. Siblings receive a 25% discount.

KARATE (Age 10+)Shotokan Karate focuses on creating a philosophy of Tradition, Confidence and Excellence. Children learn the basic punching, kicking, striking and blocking techniques of this traditional form of karate. Instructor Kurt is a third degree black belt of Canada Shotokan Karate and has been teaching since 1992.

MIXED LEVEL YOGA DROP-INBreathe strengthen and stretch. A variety of wonderful instructors lead you through basic yoga poses and connect them through breath, alignment and mindfulness. Choose your level of challenge within the class.

Yoga in Kaleden will move to Hotel Park beginning June 1st.

TAI CHI / CHI GONGRichard Lautsch will be offering this introductory level program over five weeks. Experience the profound physical and holistic wellness benefits of this ancient and gentle discipline.

How Do I Register Online For Programs?

Website: rec.rdos.bc.ca and follow the prompts to register

1. If you have registered for a program in the past, you already have ausername (usually your email). Contact us if you require us to resend youyour information. [email protected]

2. If you have not registered before, you will need to create an account foryourself and family members.

3. Select a Program Subcategory within the Program Category on the lefthand side of the page to view our offered programs.

4. Click the "Register Now' button to continue to the Participant Selectionscreen. Select the participant name(s) from your account that you wish toenroll into the selected program.

5. Click the "Continue" button to add the program to your "ShoppingCart".

6. When done selecting the programs for registration, click the"Process Payment" screen to complete your registration purchase.Once you have successfully completed the payment transaction,an invoice will be displayed with complete details about theprogram registration(s) you have made.
