Our delicious and nutritious recipes are all simple to prepare with minimal fuss & faff.

We are not obsessed with eating clean 100% of the time but these recipes are designed to steer you towards a healthier lifestyle which incorporates these nutrient-dense and easy to use products. The recipes are predominantly raw, vegan and gluten free – although we do use some oats in our recipes and we love eggs too!

Disco BeetsThis is the perfect hangover smoothie.  Carrots and beetroot are both excellent and supporting the liver detoxification pathways.  And a tablespoon of The Disco Mix providing energising Guarana to help clear the cobwebs from the night before.

What You’ll Need 50g strawberries50g blackberries1 small frozen banana200ml coconut water1 tsp of Acai powder1 tsp of Maca powder1 tbsp pumpkin seeds

MethodWash the fruits.  Add one peeled frozen or unfrozen banana (try adding a couple of ice cubes if using unfrozen bananas).  Add superfoods, seeds and coconut water. Blitz & Enjoy!

What You’ll Need (makes 6 bars)50ml honey50ml coconut oil50g dried goji berries50g dried cranberries100g sesame seeds100g pumpkin seeds100g crushed almonds1 tbs hemp protein4 tbsp baobab

MethodMix in a bowl and shape into a block, leave to chill in the freezer for two hours. Once chilled cut into chunks. Top with shredded coconut or gojis for decoration.

MethodSimply place all the ingredients into a blender and pulse until the desired consistency is achieved.

MethodMix all ingredients in a food processor. Roll into balls and store in the fridge for 30 minutes, take out of the fridge and roll each ball in coconut.

Detox DatesDates are an excellent source of dietary fibre which help to support a healthy digestive tract. Boosted with nuts and seeds containing omega 3, 6 and 9 these are a wonderful all round healthy snack.  And of course we like to sneak some more greens in via the Detox Mix.

What You’ll Need 150g dates150g pumpkin seeds4 tbsp raw cacao150g almonds2 tbsp coconut oil4 tbsp honey250g mixed seeds100g shredded coconut4 tbsp of baobabgoji berries

MethodMix all ingredients in a food processor. Roll into balls then roll each ball into a bowl filled with goji berries. Store in the fridge and eat whenever you need a go-go snack.

Goji Bliss BallsThese nutritious little bites are a great source of antioxidants and deliver on indulgence all at the same time. In Traditional Chinese Medicine , the Goji berry is associated with youthfulness and longevity.

What You’ll Need 2 frozen banana2 tbsp Acai Powder50ml coconut waterChoice of nuts, seeds, berries.

MethodBlend the bananas with the acia and coconut water until a thick consistency. Pour into a bowl. Top the blend with your favourite fruits, nuts, seeds, oats.

You Amazonian BeautyThis is a delicious energising bowl of nutritional goodness to get you glowing from the inside out Acai is a rich source of Oleic acid which is great for skin health and also contains cardio- protective anti-inflammatory phytonutrients.

What You’ll Need (serves 2)1½ cups cooked chickpeas (canned is fine)2 tbsp lemon juice1 clove garlic, crushed1 tbsp tahini½ tsp ground cuminone-third cup of waterSalt & Pepper to taste3 tbsp virgin olive oil1 tbsp Hemp Powderparsley & coriander

MethodAdd the chickpeas, hemp, lemon, garlic, tahini, cumin, and water to food processor. Process all ingredients until smooth and creamy (about 1-2 minutes), stopping every now and then to scrape the bowl down. Add olive oil and season to taste with salt, black pepper and fresh herbs.

You can experiment with adding Maca too for even more superfood powers!

Hemp HummusWho doesn’t love hummus?  Chickpeas are an excellent source of fibre, protein and slow releasing carbohydrates.  Give your hummus an added protein boost with nutty Hemp powder.  This delicious mighty fine dip is a great on-the-go snack

What You’ll Need 250g dates50g Raw Cacao100g of walnuts crushed100g almonds crushed2 tbsp honey1tsp coconut oil200g shredded coconut

MethodMix in a food processor.  Take the mix and press firmly into a square or rectangle baking dish so the mix is tightly compact in the bottom. Put in freezer for 30 minutes. Take out and cover the top in coconut shavings and cut into pieces. Serve or store in the freezer or fridge until ready to eat.

Raw Coco BitesThese are almost like a healthy raw version of a Bounty bar. So utterly delicious and loaded with fibre, healthy fats and raw cacao. Our buzz bean!
