INTRODUCTION
WallGoldfinger is pleased to provide you with an
updated guidebook for our established and ever-
evolving line of lightweight, reconfiguring tables
known as “Arbor”. To call Arbor a “line” is a bit
misleading. All Arbor tables are, in fact, custom
built and reflect your choice of materials, finishes
and functions. However, all Arbors share an em-
phasis on lightweight materials, ease of handling
and portability, as well as reasonable costs and
speedy deliveries.
Over the years, WallGoldfinger has eagerly
sought new solutions, techniques and materi-
als, allowing us to blend together the utmost in
functionality with the highest aesthetic stan-
dards. This innovative and open minded spirit is
reflected in the many possibilities of shapes, sizes,
veneers, patterns, and leg styles depicted in this
handbook. Please consider the limitless combi-
nations and then give us a call. We are ready to
help you put the pieces together and give you a

product of the very best quality at a fair price,
and on schedule.
And if you don’t see something you must
have, please let us know. We are always looking
for new requirements and new solutions, aim-
ing to make the Arbor family ever more flexible
and responsive. Your problem will have our
undivided attention.

ANDERLOCWhen pedestals or T-base legs are used, the Anderloc spans between tables and gangs them together, helping to level multiple table configurations.
TOGGLEWhen pedestals or T-base legs are used, the Arbor legs are connected to table tops using the WallGoldfinger Toggle connector (see page 48 for further information).
The leg fastens to the table top with four quarter-turn bolts. The bolts snap into metal plates that are fastened to the underside of the table tops. The bolts cannot be over-turned or the connection stripped. There is no loose hardware. All that is needed is a h” socket wrench or a screw driver.
Legs can be set up the stan-dard way of four to a table, or they can be placed be-tween two tops, acting as a leveling and ganging device.

Individual Arbor table tops are typically simple geometric forms: rectangles, squares, half circles, and quarter circles. Individual table dimensions are usually in a 1 to 1 or 2 to 1 length to width ratio, this being particularly use-ful when in an assembled format.
As illustrated on the following pages, other specialized, custom shapes are available as well cus-tom lengths and widths. We can create optimum configurations for all kinds of conferencing needs, flexible boardrooms, semi-
nars and training, and dining.Although chair sizes vary, as
a rule of thumb we recommend a minimum allowance of 30” of table perimeter per seat.
When ganged together, Arbor tables offer the added advantage of having exclusive Wall “Snap & Lock” legs that straddle the joint between tables, thus reducing the number of legs and creating more leg room. This unique method of ganging tables with our Snap & Lock system is also self leveling and self aligning.

ARBOR RECONFIGURING
SeminarS and traininGEnd to end Arbor connections are typically used in seminar and training situations. Because of Arbor’s inherent light weight and quick reconfigurability, changing classroom require-ments can be easily accommodated.
boardroomTraditional rectangular boardroom layouts can be achieved with Arbors ganged side to side or end to end/side to side.
cLoSed boardroomThe hollow square is an effective way to create excellent communications around a table if the size of the room permits.
oPen boardroomA “U” shaped Arbor assembly is perfect for meetings in which the speaker or presenter wishes to interact closely with the audience. Here we’ve added small square Arbor extensions to create a “C” shape.

rectanGuLar arborSRectangular Arbors, especially those using a
2-to-1 length to width ratio, can be assembled in several different ways: side to side, end to
end, and side to end. These combinations can produce varying layouts, from large rectangles
to hollow squares to long ranks.

SQuare arborSIn some cases, square topped Arbors may be the best solution. Square tops are often used in dining areas or in multi-function areas where dining and conferencing are combined.
Depending on the size of the top and the aesthetic requirements, it may be possible to use a cube style pedestal base rather than our Snap & Lock leg system.
With our recommended base setback of 18”, a 24” x 24” pedestal base provides adequate stability for a 60” x 60” top; smaller tops should always use Snap & Lock legs.
48” x 48” 60” x 60”
Arbor cube bases are typically fitted with locking casters, “Anderloc” table joining plates, and detachable tops. For storage, simply unfasten the Anderlocs, remove the top, place the top on a WallGoldfinger storage cart, and wheel the components into the storage area.

circuLar arborSArbors can be built as circles, half-circles and
quarter circles. We have illustrated the kind of flexibility the half and quarter circles can
provide when used in conjunction with either rectangular or square Arbors. They can also be
assembled to create circles or toroids. No matter what configuration, these Arbors use the same Snap & Lock legs and thus alleviate leg clear-
ance issues by using shared legs at table joints.

SPeciaL arborSArbors can be used to great effect in a quarter circle format. These quadrants, either with a full radius edge or with a center scallop, can be used to create a variety of “race track” plans when used in conjunction with Arbor rectangles or squares. And, like the half-circles on the previous page, the quadrants can be assembled as full circles.

dura-BuLL
SyNThETIC LEAThER
Dura-Bull synthetic leather has the elegant appearance and touch of fine, soft glove leather with the durability and inherent stain resistance achieved through advanced technology.
The same space-age chemis-try used to develop bullet-proof glass and high performance aircraft components has been successfully applied to fiber and
textile engineering to produce the outstand-ing characteristics of these materials.
The nylon fibers are laid down in a three-directional axis similar to the natural structure of colla-gen that is found in leather, resulting in superior durability. One ounce of this ny-lon microfiber would be long enough to wrap around the equator several times.
The intrinsic strength makes Dura-Bull tear and puncture resistant, thus creating a material with considerable versatility, used for uphol-stery, desk inlays, or wall and panel applications.
Because of the special finishing system, the color of Dura-Bull is an integral part of the material, permanently enriching it with a fresh appearance that will not fade or lose its beauty over time.

STONELiGHtWeiGHt Stone top
WallGoldfinger has pioneered the use of lightweight stone panels for table tops, thus making movable stone tables a reality. Virtually any stone can be incorporated into the light-weight—about 1/3 the weight of a typi-cal ¾”-thick stone panel—composite tops. These top panels can be treated with a “miter fold” edge, as shown above, or framed with wood or metal. WallGoldfinger has also developed a folding top mechanism which allows tables mounted on casters to be rolled through doorways and corridors, and easily repositioned within a room.
