All decorations are to be taken out of the venue on the night. No pick ups on Sunday’s or during the week permitted. A deposit for $1500 is required to confirm the booking and save the date. There is a 1.5% surcharge for credit cards and 2% surcharge for Amex. If you cancel with less than 6 months notice the deposit will not be refunded. Payment for the food and initial bar tab is required before the event begins. By paying the deposit you agree to the terms and conditions in this brochure. For a beer and wine tab all drinks are priced at $7.50 per glass.This includes Asahi Super Dry, Keepers Arms and Apply Somersbycider on tap. It also includes bottled light beer to cater for thosedriving. We also order in Carlton Draught and Coronas if specificallyrequested.

Cold Brew Martini Cocktail StandWow your guests!Pre purchase our single origin cold bre espresso martini’sand have them served at our separate portable bar to get yourparty going! (Served over a 2 hour period between 8-10)Minimum pre purchase - 50 at only $12 each!

The house wines available on the tab include shiraz, merlot, moscato,sauv blanc, chardonnay and champagne.

Basic spirits on the bar tab are priced at $9.50 per glass.

FAQ’sWhat time do I get access to the venue on the day of the event?You get access to the venue 2.5 hours before the start time of your eventand the venue will already be set up for you!

When do I need to send you all the information about food and drinks? We will be in contact with you 3-4 weeks before your event and we will send you a simple spreadsheetto fill out that has all the information we need!

When does the final payment need to be made?Once we have all the information we require for your event, we will send you a total amount owing to bepaid on the Thursday before your event.

Can we add more the the bar tab on the night?No problem at all

How long can my event go for?Events can go for a max 5 hours but the latest finish time is 12am and you have half an hour to clear out of the venue.

What’s the earliest time my event can start? 5pm so would finish at 10pm

Do you offer cocktails?Yes, we have a range of cocktails that you can purchase at bar prices or have includedin the bar tab.

I have decorations coming but they are asking to deliver earlier than 2.5 hours.Can they come any time during the day?Decoration Suppliers only have access to the venue 2.5 hours before the event start time.We are closed during the day. Willow Tree Events is the only supplier that can access the venueany time!

The decorations supplier would like to pick up on Sunday. Is that ok?No, they must pick up their items at the end time of the event and be packed up 30 mins afterthe event end time. There is no option for Sunday pick ups. (Willow tree events have access to the venueso it doesn’t apply to them)

Did we set a start time and end time for the event or is that up to us?5pm is the earliest start time and the event can go for 5 hours maximum with the latestfinish being 12am. We give you half an hour to clear out of the venue after the end time.
