Adobe Reader 11 and DC

Access your Adobe Reader –

• Select Edit from the Menu Bar

• Select Preferences at the bottom of the dropdown

Under Categories –

• Select Internet

Under Web Browser Options –

• Check the box for Allow speculative downloading in the background

• Uncheck the box for Allow fast web view

Under Categories –

• Select Security (Enhanced)

• Click the Add Host button

In the host name line –

• Add the following URLs

https://*.v2020.com

https://*.v2020-sai.com

• Click the OK button

Under Categories –

• Select Trust Manager

• Click the Change Settings button

In the Allow/Block Web Sites section –

• Enter the following URLs and click the Allow button:

• Click the OK button

Internet Explorer Microsoft is ending support of previous Internet Explorer versions that are older the version 11

As of January 12, 2016, only the most current version of Internet Explorer available for a supported operating system will receive technical supports and security updates. Internet Explorer 11 is the last version of Internet Explorer, and will continue to receive security updates, compatibility fixes, and technical support on Windows 7, Windows 8.1, and Windows 10.

Internet Explorer 11 Settings

Go to login page at www.v2020.com –

• Select Tools from the browser menu bar

• Select Compatibility View settings

In the Add this website field –

• You will see “v2020.com”

• Click “Add”

• V2020.com should now appear in the section Websites you’ve added to Compatibility View

Please also add paperout.com –

• Click Close

• Select Tools from the browser menu bar

• Select Internet Options

On the General tab in Browsing history section –

• Click the Settings button

Under Temporary Internet Files –

• Click Every time I visit the webpage

• Click OK

On the Security tab –

• Click Trusted sites

• Then click the Sites button

In the Trusted sites window –

• Add the following URLs

https://*.v2020.com

https://*.v2020-sai.com https://*.advisormail.net

• Click the Close button

On the Security tab –

• In the Security level for this zone section, click the Default level button

• If the box Enable Protected Mode is not checked, please check it (requires restarting Internet Explorer).

On the Advanced tab –

• Click the Restore advanced settings button

• Note: You will need to restart the browser before the changes will take effect

Deleting Temporary Internet files –

• Select Tools from the browser menu bar

• Select Internet Options

• In the Browsing History section, select Delete

• Check the box titled Temporary Internet files

• Uncheck all other boxes

• Click Delete
