I am a Professor of Counselor Education in the Counseling Program of School of Human Service at the University of Cincinnati. I have known Mr. Khaznadar as his instructor in one graduate course. Mr. Khaznadar took one graduate course—Career Development & Counseling with me in the Autumn semester of 2014. This course is the required course for graduate students in the Counseling Program but an elective for Mr. Khaznadar. Mr. Khaznadar has made substantial contribution to the class by bringing the human resource perspective on individual career development. He has demonstrated passion for learning the subject as evidenced in reading additional textbooks beyond class assignment. He often provides real life examples from world of work to illustrate his points, which is beneficial to the fellow students. Mr. Khaznadar is also committed to achieving excellence in academic work and is willing to make extra effort in and outside of the classroom. His insights have deepened everyone’s learning experiences in the class. Mr. Khaznadar illustrates the importance of multicultural competency in working with diverse population. His work experience in international settings broadened his vision and also enriched the classroom discussion. The students in the counseling program appreciated his generosity and kindness. Mr. Khaznadar is an easy-going person and gets along with classmates well. He often steps up to mobilize the group process and willing to take on more responsibilities. I strongly recommend Ms. Khaznadar considered for the position. Thank you for your consideration. If you have any questions, please feel free to contact me. Sincerely, Mei Tang, Ph. D., LPC Professor of Counselor Education University of Cincinnati
