TO WHOM IT MAY CONCERN Dear Admissions Counselor, It gives me great pleasure to recommend Nidal Khaznadar for admission to HR Program in your University. Nidal worked with Middle East Broadcasting Group (MBC) for seven years, part of which was under my supervision and domain of Performance Management. Under Performance Management, he is primarily responsible for a big section spanning across different locations. He takes care of the whole Performance Management cycle, including target setting, mid-year and end-year review, training, managing under-performers, dealing with queries and issues related to his area. He was part of the core team involved with the automation of the performance management system, including drafting workflows, scenario analysis, liaising with IT team for implementation, testing the software, training the staff and handling queries & updates. Besides, he has played a pivotal role in implementing 360 degree feedback in his section, which included drafting / translating questionnaire, getting respondents, administering questionnaire and reporting. Nidal’s strength lies in his persistence and patience to get things done efficiently. He is excellent in building relations with people and is very involved and passionate about his work. He is a quick learner and a go-getter. Line Managers and staff share a very comfortable relationship with him. Before I became his line manager, I worked with Nidal on one of a big HR projects, he showed a high level of responsibility & commitment. He was always willing to work extra until midnight as part of his career plan. He was very eager to learn and keen to achieve. I still remember his repeated question “Tell me why” when he wanted to clarify something ambiguous. He is extremely enthusiastic, energetic, and ambitious. He is the type of employee who always takes the initiative to help out. Recently, Nidal got recognized for his constant support to HR team and other employees in the Company. Beside his extreme passion for HR and self- development, Nidal is organized, intelligent, and capable young man who would be an excellent addition to your school.
