I have had the pleasure of working with Joey Hernandez since February of 2007. I consider the decision to hire Mr. Hernandez to be one of the best decisions I have ever made.

Joey came to us and began his career here in an entry level position. It became clear very quickly that he would be doing so much more. He has always been the type of person to own his job. His attitude is — be good to your job and it will be good to you.

In 2011 my business partner and I started a new company and Joey Hernandez was brought along to assist. He took immediate charge and grew this company into a real player in the industry. Starting a company from the ground up with no clients and no financial backing is a challenge. Joey took on that challenge and made it a success.

One of the benefits of having Joey on your team is his ability to assess the needs of any project, look two and three steps ahead to anticipate special needs or issues, and make any situation the true success it can be. I have had issues in the past with letting go of control but Joey helped me to get over that. I never had to babysit Joey to make sure things were getting done. Joey made my life easier and for that I am very grateful.
